Ivy Eye is incredibly accurate. But, the quality of the shelf photos and the lighting, camera focus, and angle can sometimes influence the results. Minor variations in accuracy across different product types and store conditions might occur, but they never dip below 95% in these cases.

We might occasionally need to update it with a few new product images to keep Ivy Eye running smoothly and recognizing all your products. This quick refresh only takes a couple of days and requires minimal effort on your end.

To get you up and running with Ivy Eye, we’ll work together to understand your specific needs through a workshop. Then, we’ll handle the system setup and train the AI using your data. Finally, we’ll ensure a smooth rollout for you. The process typically takes about 8-12 weeks.

While Ivy Eye’s image recognition is super intelligent, it can only see what’s in the picture. It counts what’s on the front shelf (facings), but hidden products behind won’t be detected. However, we have separate tools for manually capturing that info

Taking shelf photos can be tricky! To make it easier, Ivy Eye guides you through capturing images with a slight overlap. This ensures you capture the entire aisle in the correct order without missing sections or having products cut off.
