January 3, 2023, Chennai, India
We proudly announce that American multinational consumer goods corporation, Procter & Gamble, felicitated us with the 2022 External Business Partner Excellence Award for Operations, Innovation, and relationship performance excellence last month.
P&G has been using our Route to Market solution for 12+ years now, and the first market they went live with us was Nigeria. Since then, the trust is growing, and the relationship has been strengthening. They now use our solution in 23+ countries. Across these markets, we have a presence in at least one or more RTM personas in their secondary sales network, like pre-sellers, delivery men, van sellers, merchandisers, supervisors, and distribution centers.
The length of our relationship speaks a lot, but we think the customer appreciates our prompt customer support and the configurability of the solution the most. We have been offering P&G technological support for digitizing their operations and distribution management using our customized solutions built uniquely for P&G’s requirements. We are honored to have been selected from over 50,000 external partners globally.
On receiving this award, Rajiv Prabhakar, Founder & CEO of Ivy Mobility, said, “P&G implementations have been one of our biggest learnings as a company, and we always strive to go the extra mile with our offerings and innovations. We immensely value this relationship and will continue to improve it through transformations over time.”
