Sameera joined Ivy Mobility in 2023 and leads the company’s Operations & HR functions. Before Ivy, she held leadership roles at high-growth organizations, including Flipkart, where she partnered with founders and senior executives to help scale the business into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. At Ivy, she has strengthened the company’s HR, governance, and operational functions by aligning teams with the organization’s growth strategy, driving performance management, and establishing strong governance frameworks. Sameera works closely with the leadership team to oversee operations across delivery, product, engineering, and other business functions while helping shape Ivy Mobility’s long-term growth and organizational excellence.
