Role Brief

We seek a dedicated Senior Manager—Talent Development to spearhead our Learning Solutions initiatives. In this pivotal role, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our organization’s goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with BU Heads, Senior Managers, and Managers to identify training needs and deliver innovative learning solutions. Your work will directly influence Ivy Mobility’s culture of continuous improvement, equipping our team with the skills needed for success. Your ability to analyze program effectiveness and adapt strategies will ensure our talent development efforts support our dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities


Learning Solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders from the business to understand their focus and priorities for the year and implications for capability development.
  • Map development needs of employees across functions and verticals.
  • Design and coordinate training and development programs tailored to employee, manager, and Business Unit needs.
  • Design and develop suitable learning interventions and programs to address identified competencies/competency gaps.
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions, managing all planning and logistics.
  • Measure and analyze training effectiveness to plan future programs.
  • Establish a training approval process and track completion alongside training budgets.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create content and materials for learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management
  • Facilitate the company’s performance review cycles.
  • Partner with managers on performance management best practices, including effective feedback techniques, mentoring, and career planning.
  • Conduct performance management metrics and processes in coordination with central teams.
  • Collaborate with businesses to execute the performance life cycle, including framework creation, template development, and calibration sessions.
  • Work on compensation and level benchmarking annually to ensure alignment with industry standards and suggest improvements or changes in the performance management processes accordingly.
Career Development
  • Identify training needs aligned with business objectives and collaborate with central teams, leadership, and managers to design and implement relevant training programs.
  • Conduct succession planning efforts to identify and develop key talent for critical organizational roles.
  • Assist senior managers and managers in team development through career pathing and guidance on creating scorecards.
  • Create a development ecosystem for employees, incorporating performance outcomes and feedback to boost individual and team performance.
  • Monitor training programs to ensure they meet objectives and contribute to employee skill development.
Required Skills & Experience
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field (desired) with 17-20 years of experience.
  • Exceptional multitasking, independent working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in L&D, Training, OD, or similar roles, with expertise in training design, development, delivery, and facilitation.
  • Current knowledge of effective L&D methods, including mentoring, e-learning, and simulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
