He had a 25-year career with Unilever in several business units including Foods, Detergents and headed the Seeds and Fertilizer business. He moved as Managing Director of Bombay Dyeing textiles and then as Managing Director of Tube Investments Of India, which was in the business of manufacturing safety critical steel components in the automobile industry. He then was a CEO of Bunge India and was responsible for its profitable growth over 7 years.
