We are looking for a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer with experience in designing enterprise mobile applications and B2B (Business-to-Business) web/mobile interfaces. As a key member of our design team, you will create intuitive and efficient user experiences for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our enterprise clients and B2B users. Your expertise will be essential in designing sophisticated, high-functionality enterprise apps and B2B solutions that align with business goals while ensuring user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Mobile App Design: Lead the design of enterprise-grade mobile applications, focusing on functionality, scalability, and usability. Ensure that designs are intuitive and meet the complex requirements of enterprise users.
B2B Web & Mobile UI: Design user interfaces for B2B applications, both for web and mobile, ensuring that the experiences are optimized for business users and enterprise environments. Address workflows, data-heavy processes, and ease of use.
UI/UX Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand the needs and pain points of enterprise and B2B users. Apply research insights to create informed design strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions with technical and business requirements.
Design Systems: Create and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring uniformity across all product touchpoints and platforms (web, mobile, enterprise).
User Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights to improve the overall user experience.
B2B Workflows & Data Integration: Design complex B2B workflows, integrating large volumes of data, user tasks, and reporting features into simple, usable interfaces.
Continuous Improvement: Iterate on designs and adapt to evolving business requirements, ensuring that designs meet user expectations and are effective in solving business problems.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design, particularly for B2B and enterprise mobile applications, to ensure the design team produces cutting-edge, user-centric solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing enterprise mobile apps and B2B web & mobile applications.
Bachelor’s degree in design, from a premier institute in design (Eg: NID).
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
Experience in designing for enterprise applications and understanding the unique challenges faced by enterprise users in complex business environments.
Expertise in designing B2B interfaces that prioritize usability, efficiency, and a seamless user experience for business stakeholders.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, simple, and user friendly designs.
Ability to effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
