The Solutions Director will be responsible for analytical insights, consulting with clients on solution implementation, managing teams, involved in pre-sales and overseeing project management activities related to enterprise CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
Engage with key customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and incorporate insights into the product strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
Design solutions that cater to the customer requirements while making recommendations on adding the same to the product.
Being abreast of industry best practices.
Identifying Market to Product gap and recommending the same for development in product.
Writing user stories and creating functional specifications.
Participating in pre-sales discussions and giving product demos and presentations.
Required Skills & Experience
18-20 years of experience in Solutions Consulting and/or Product Owner in the consumer goods technology sector with technical background.
Experience in Route to Market and GTM.
Experience in CPG (in related functions like Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing or Supply Chain).
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Adept at working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
Experience in advising clients on solution implementation.
Skills to effectively lead and manage teams.
Proficiency in driving sales and revenue growth.
Capability to oversee project activities and ensure successful implementations.
