We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (preferably from CPG/FMCG domain). As a key contributor, you will manage large-scale projects with precision, oversee multiple work streams, and deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and the organization. A career progression from Developer to Tech Lead/Business Analyst, and eventually into Project Management, is essential, with a proven track record of three full-cycle product implementations. Your role will focus on managing complex projects, driving profitability, and ensuring seamless delivery in alignment with client expectations.
Responsibilities
Manage large-scale projects exceeding $5 million in revenue,
Ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, with a focus on profitability and revenue recognition.
Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and break down activities for clear execution and monitoring.
Analyze project data to derive actionable insights, proactively identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all project phases.
Maintain tight control of the Red, Amber, Green (RAG) statuses for all project deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for project and program SteerCos, ensuring clarity and high engagement.
Leverage project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) to track and manage projects efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
14-18 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Technical Project Management roles.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with a strong focus on financial management, including profitability and revenue recognition.
CPG/FMCG domain expertise is highly preferable
Strong client management and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Should have experience working on Time and Material (T&M) model projects
Should have worked in both waterfall and agile methodologies
Ability to effectively manage risks, identify issues, and implement appropriate interventions to ensure timely delivery.
Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus, delivering value-driven outcomes for the organization and clients.
