Rajiv founded Ivy Mobility – several years before Mobile became center stage. He has chartered the company into very successful and proven industry specific vertical solutions for large enterprises. Prior to Ivy Mobility, Rajiv consulted across several lines of Information Technology and its application in resolving business problems with great success – from Gap Inc Direct to Internet Movie Retailing pioneer Reel.com to CMOS Soft in the Bay Area to Pyramid Business Systems in Singapore. Rajiv presently is based out of our US Office in Princeton, NJ
Mr. Ackerman brings over 30 years of experience in the CPG industry, project management, customer relationship management, and large-scale enterprise resource planning. He held leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, most recently as Director of Global Business Services.
Craig’s expertise and experience has spanned over 25+ years with multiple companies including ADP, Ultimate Software Group (Original startup team to a successful IPO), Ernst & Young Management Consulting (global engagements), IBM/Sterling Commerce B2B/Ecommerce, and Tableau Software Strategic Accounts (Early Stage – IPO). As a strong strategic consultative sales professional and a true ambassador in his profession, he always over achieves expectations while advocating both for customers’ business objectives as well as the goals of the organization. A self-acknowledged team player, he enjoys immersing himself in the clients’ business challenges and developing a deep understanding of their vision, strategies, goals, and objectives for ultimate success.
Favio comes with a 20+ years International experience in leading & developing high impact initiatives in Sales, Distribution & IS/IT. An accomplished strategist with strong business acumen & management skills, Favio has spent close to 20 years in Philip Morris International focussing almost entirely in developing the sales & distribution networks in the South American & Latin American regions. A multi skilled individual he has moved seamlessly from managing Information Services to National Distribution & Regional Sales & then to on Strategy Management finishing off as an expert advisor in the Sales & Distribution development space. Favio is leading & managing Ivy’s charter for business & growth in the Latin America region.
As Head – Strategic Accounts, Bala is responsible for Sales and Services delivery of IVY- SFE solutions to all our global clients. He has also been involved in setting up IVY Mobility offices in United Kingdom, Europe and Dubai- U.A.E and was instrumental in appointing Channel Partners in these regions. Prior to joining IVY Mobility, Bala was the Head of Cargo Services for Inchcape Shipping Services, a U.K based large shipping conglomerate, based out of Dubai. Bala holds a Post Graduate Masters Degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur in India.
Tomasz’ hybrid professional profile has evolved over 20+ years from translating Cyberpunk fiction & prototyping non-wireless smartphones to leading global SAP programmes for corporate giants such as P&G, HP, AstraZeneca, Infosys etc and then on to envisioning Sales & Marketing strategies for software start-ups. After a side affair with banking, petrol and jet-fighter making, his professional soul is back to it’s roots in CPG & Pharma. In his personal life he’s a language freak, already fluent in 8 languages and well underway to learning a 9th one.

David comes to Ivy with a wealth of experience in the CPG sector. David developed his passion when he joined the retail sector in Australia over 40 years ago. Having moved to various senior General Management roles in retail, he decided to build his own business to support manufacturers in their journey of dealing with retailers. To round off his experience David then moved to work with the world’s largest food manufacturer in the commercial arena, after which he went to work in the distributor world as a General Manager for Asia’s largest market expansion services company. David has been based in Asia for over 18 years and has had the opportunity to work in 99 countries across the globe covering all continents. His experience and understanding of the key sectors of the CPG industry are invaluable in adding a rich texture to the Ivy value proposition.
Daniel has more than 15 years of experience in sales in the mobile and IT market. Before joining Ivy Mobility, he worked in large multinationals such as General Electric, Banco Safra and Tangoe. Daniel brings a proven track record of helping companies adopt Cloud, SaaS, Mobile Applications and Advertising technologies. One of his main characteristics is to ally the need of multinationals to expand in the region with the customization of products to serve the regional market. Focused on sales and customer relationships, he fully understands the structures with which he intends to do business, aligning the client’s objective with the product offered. Also, he loves playing tennis and cooking.
Two decades of experience in Business Development and team building both in India and USA. Worked in the area of Retail Financial services, Corporate Investment banking, IT services and Training areas. He was part of the Senior management at Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd, SSI Ltd, USA. (Aptech Ltd), Byzan systems Ltd. Worked with RPG Group as Sr Manager in India and Middle East.
Raghu Rajagopal has been involved in several entrepreneurial ventures both in the US and India. He has over 20 years of experience in IT Services, Products, ITES companies that leverage the cross-border advantage. He is actively involved in incubating and advising early stage companies. He provides strategic advice to Ivy Mobility across the globe.

Mr. Walter has more than 25 years of operations, information technology and shared services experience, including his long tenure at P&G, where he most recently led their Global Business Services and IT Global Commercial Services and Delivery organization, with more than 1,500 IT and multifunctional professionals and more than 5,000 partner resources. Mr. Walter also served on the GS1 US Board of Governors including as Chair for their technology committee. He has deep expertise in integration of emerging and core commercial technologies, supply chain management, sales and marketing, and consumer and business analytics.
Adhiraj Sarin is an engineer from IIT Kanpur, India. He had a 25-year career with Unilever in several business units including Foods, Detergents and headed the Seeds and Fertilizer business. He moved as Managing Director of Bombay Dyeing textiles and then as Managing Director of Tube Investments Of India, which was in the business of manufacturing safety critical steel components in the automobile industry. He then was a CEO of Bunge India and was responsible for its profitable growth over 7 years. He was subsequently CEO of Louis Dreyfus Commodities, India for 2 years.
He is an independent director of International Paper in India and an advisor to PE funds and start-ups in Agriculture, Technology space.
François Demongeot has global experience as an IT consultant (@Accenture) and as a CIO in major international Consumer Goods Company (@Mars Global petcare Division). He has world class experience in engaging multinational IT organizations, in driving business goals and in defining and implementing IT strategies. As a sponsor he led the transformation program of the IT Division at Mars into a service organization.
François has developed since 2014 his own consultancy business, Personal IT(é) to advise IT executives , IT technology companies, as well as helping the development of IT start-ups.
