Mr. Ackerman brings over 30 years of experience in the CPG industry, project management, customer relationship management, and large-scale enterprise resource planning. He held leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, most recently as Director of Global Business Services.
Highly accomplished sales and marketing executive with a strong track record of success increasing revenue and creating liquidity events in early stage startups. He has a diverse background and corporate experience including senior level roles in business development contributing to growth at well known iconic companies and established leaders, Oracle and IBM. Eric has extensive experience in value consulting, business transformation, sales management, go-to-market strategies, channel development and customer engagement and managed and built organizations of all shapes and sizes. Expertise in technology companies that compete in the global enterprise B2B software market.
He is also an entrepreneur and served as a consultant to several technology focused start-ups, with various backing from angel investors, venture capital, and private equity partners. Specializing in SaaS and Cloud solutions to the enterprise, along with AI and machine learning.
Adept at translating software technology benefits into compelling value propositions and delivering results for investors and partners. Early in his career, Eric received the ADP Board of Directors Crystal Award- the company’s most prestigious recognition–for leading the sales of national accounts.
Ms. Tellam has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, with expertise in product management and software user experience. Ms. Tellam came to Ivy with deep industry knowledge of mobile field execution for the consumer goods industry. She has held product and user experience leadership roles for OpenConnect, Spring Mobile Solutions, Global 360, webMethods, and Software AG, where she was responsible for transforming the user experience for consumer goods, business process management, SOA and enterprise software applications. She also served as Director of Product Management for several start-up companies, including Requisite Technology, NetDelivery, Productbuzz, and Web Families, where she was responsible for designing products from initial conception and managing the products through the development lifecycle. Ms. Tellam holds a B.A. degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University.
Robin is an accomplished sales leader with over 20 years enterprise technology sales experience. His career spans multiple sales and leadership roles; most recently Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Spring Mobile Solutions where he was responsible for defining the global sales strategy and sales leadership for the company selling into the CPG market category. During his 4 year tenure Robin actively participated in board meetings with investors and helped drive over 30% year on year growth in SaaS revenues. He is passionate about building value for early stage start-ups and making customers successful.
Educated in the UK (BA, Accounting and Finance), Robin is married to Nina and has a son (Aaron) and daughter (Ria).
Favio comes with a 20+ years International experience in leading & developing high impact initiatives in Sales, Distribution & IS/IT. An accomplished strategist with strong business acumen & management skills, Favio has spent close to 20 years in Philip Morris International focussing almost entirely in developing the sales & distribution networks in the South American & Latin American regions. A multi skilled individual he has moved seamlessly from managing Information Services to National Distribution & Regional Sales & then to on Strategy Management finishing off as an expert advisor in the Sales & Distribution development space. Favio is leading & managing Ivy’s charter for business & growth in the Latin America region.
Daniel has more than 15 years of experience in sales in the mobile and IT market. Before joining Ivy Mobility, he worked in large multinationals such as General Electric, Banco Safra and Tangoe. Daniel brings a proven track record of helping companies adopt Cloud, SaaS, Mobile Applications and Advertising technologies. One of his main characteristics is to ally the need of multinationals to expand in the region with the customization of products to serve the regional market. Focused on sales and customer relationships, he fully understands the structures with which he intends to do business, aligning the client’s objective with the product offered. Also, he loves playing tennis and cooking.
David brings 25 years’ experience in client facing roles selling Consulting, Software Solutions and IT (including SaaS – Salesforce.com, AWS and Azure full lifecycle, bespoke application development & Enterprise Architecture); predominantly to the Global Consumer Packaged Goods; International Nuclear Power (new-build, existing infrastructure and decommissioning); Oil and Gas and LNG; Consulting; and Central and Local Government sectors. He is connected at C level within a broad range of firms and ‘Big 5 Consultancies’ across numerous international industry verticals.
David has considerable experience in consultative sales and building commercial partnerships, as well as significant experience across complex international supply chains and understanding of local business cultures.
As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Bala is responsible for Sales and Services delivery of Ivy Mobility solutions to all our global clients. He has also been involved in setting up Ivy’s offices across the United Kingdom, Europe and Dubai- U.A.E and was instrumental in appointing Channel Partners in these regions. Prior to joining Ivy Mobility, Bala was the Head of Cargo Services for Inchcape Shipping Services, a U.K based large shipping conglomerate, based out of Dubai. Bala holds a Post Graduate Masters Degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur in India.
Venki has two decades of experience in Business Development and team building both in India and USA. Worked in the area of Retail Financial services, Corporate Investment banking, IT services and Training areas. He was part of the Senior management at Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd, SSI Ltd, USA. (Aptech Ltd), Byzan systems Ltd. Worked with RPG Group as Sr Manager in India and Middle East.
Ms. Vivien Zhu brings 20 years’ experience in Software Development, IT Services and Delivery across multi-Industries. Before joining Ivy, Vivien worked at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services (HPE) leading multiple projects for Global Commercial Services and Delivery.
Vivien has deep knowledge on enterprise applications including ERP, CRM and rich expertise in Customer Communication, Agile Project Management, Business Analytics, and more. Vivien is presently based in our China Office in Shanghai, China.
David comes to Ivy with a wealth of experience in the CPG sector. David developed his passion when he joined the retail sector in Australia over 40 years ago. Having moved to various senior General Management roles in retail, he decided to build his own business to support manufacturers in their journey of dealing with retailers. To round off his experience David then moved to work with the world’s largest food manufacturer in the commercial arena, after which he went to work in the distributor world as a General Manager for Asia’s largest market expansion services company. David has been based in Asia for over 18 years and has had the opportunity to work in 99 countries across the globe covering all continents. His experience and understanding of the key sectors of the CPG industry are invaluable in adding a rich texture to the Ivy value proposition.

Mr. Walter has more than 25 years of operations, information technology and shared services experience, including his long tenure at P&G, where he most recently led their Global Business Services and IT Global Commercial Services and Delivery organization, with more than 1,500 IT and multifunctional professionals and more than 5,000 partner resources. Mr. Walter also served on the GS1 US Board of Governors including as Chair for their technology committee. He has deep expertise in integration of emerging and core commercial technologies, supply chain management, sales and marketing, and consumer and business analytics.
Adhiraj Sarin is an engineer from IIT Kanpur, India. He had a 25-year career with Unilever in several business units including Foods, Detergents and headed the Seeds and Fertilizer business. He moved as Managing Director of Bombay Dyeing textiles and then as Managing Director of Tube Investments Of India, which was in the business of manufacturing safety critical steel components in the automobile industry. He then was a CEO of Bunge India and was responsible for its profitable growth over 7 years. He was subsequently CEO of Louis Dreyfus Commodities, India for 2 years.
He is an independent director of International Paper in India and an advisor to PE funds and start-ups in Agriculture, Technology space.
François Demongeot has global experience as an IT consultant (@Accenture) and as a CIO in major international Consumer Goods Company (@Mars Global petcare Division). He has world class experience in engaging multinational IT organizations, in driving business goals and in defining and implementing IT strategies. As a sponsor he led the transformation program of the IT Division at Mars into a service organization.
François has developed since 2014 his own consultancy business, Personal IT(é) to advise IT executives , IT technology companies, as well as helping the development of IT start-ups.
His focus on people and service organization has always been instrumental to successfully deliver changes in complex environment, maintaining employee motivations at the highest level
